We would like to thank our 2016 sponsors, With out them this event would not be free to all to enjoy.

We are very pleased to welcome the following sponsors:

City of Melbourne

City of Melbourne is proud to support this event.
It aligns with our health and wellbeing priorities, which are to enable and encourage healthy eating, physical activity and social inclusion. Melbourne has been named the world’s most liveable city for the past six years. The availability, accessibility and sustainability of healthy food is as essential to Melbourne’s liveability as the quality of our public spaces, services and neighbourhoods.
However, there is more to a vegan lifestyle than just a vegan diet. We hope that everyone, whether vegan or non-vegan, enjoys the wide variety of things on offer at this year’s World Vegan Day Melbourne, ranging from delicious vegan food to cooking demonstrations to fitness tips and activities.

Lord of the Fries

The idea behind Lord of the Fries began over late night snack excursions early in 2004. Mandy (Toronto) and Mark (Melbourne) met while living in Taiwan (Tainan). Their love for fries drew them closer, and their disdain for nasty frozen chemical fries inspired them to create the perfect fry.
They wanted fresh potatoes, thick but not too thick, crispy but not too crunchy, delicious and saucy, the mission began

Fina Cafe

Fina’s Cafe was established on the 15th June 2011 by Steven and Christine Nguyen.
The name Fina’s is a combination of Fiona (Fi) and Natalie (Na), they are the children of Steven & Christine.
Many people have asked, why did we open a vegetarian restaurant?
We decided to open a vegetarian and vegan restaurant because:
1. We like to provide a healthy food option to the people.
2. We believe vegetarian and vegan food will be the future for people in Australia.
3. We have feeling for those live animals have been killed.
4. We like to present Australia the Authentic vegetarian and vegan Vietnamese Cuisine.
5. Lastly, to make a living and enjoy to see people having our foods.
From the Nguyen Family Richmond, Australia.
